No complaints whatsoever, we would go back in flash if in Playa del Carmen. The hotel was deluxe and very clean, large rooms. The deluxe king suite overlooked garden. Everyone was HELPFUL. We really enjoyed a good breakfast.

Perfect base for a 4-night stay. It was very handy to have a microwave oven, coffee/tea making facilities and a fridge in the room. The staff was GREAT, always with a smile on face. We liked our coffee with goodies at Acaramelao.

Continental breakfast. While staying in this hotel, you can visit quinta avenida, just 1 mile away. Friendly staff on reception and elsewhere.
